Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe. Some regions also support local payment methods.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
What happens when I hit my limits?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limits. For daily daily usage limits, they reset at midnight UTC. For fixed limits (like watchlist symbols), you can upgrade to increase them.
