These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trade Flagger's websites, applications, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

The Services

Trade Flagger provides software tools, alerts, and educational content related to market trading. Features and availability may vary by plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Renewals and cancellations follow the flow presented in your account and our payment provider's rules. Taxes may apply where required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users;
• Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or harassing content;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Services, including branding, logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Trade Flagger or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal use.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADE FLAGGER AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Trade Flagger and its affiliates against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate in our commercial agreements, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
